The shipping costs will be based on the Swiss Post tariffs plus a small fee for the packaging.

A bill with payment instructions will be issued at delivery in Switzerland. For international orders I accept advance online payments.

In some cases DoguDesign may withhold delivery of the goods until the customer has paid for them, in which event payment shall be made before the delivery date.

It is the intention of the seller and agreed by the customer that property in the goods shall not pass until the customer has paid all amounts owing for the particular goods.

Goods made to special order and customer specification are under no circumstances acceptable for credit or return.

If goods have to be returned for any reason, the seller has to be contacted in advance for approval.
